VIRTA Full purchases (lifetime unlock and monthly subscription) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not charged directly by VIRTA. Refund eligibility and processing follow their rules.
To request a refund for an iOS purchase:
Apple decides refunds under their policies.
To request a refund for an Android purchase:
Google decides refunds under their policies.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless Apple or Google grants a refund. Cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
If you need help finding a purchase or restoring access after a refund decision, email real@vakospeaks.com with your account email and approximate purchase date. We cannot override Apple or Google refund decisions, but we will help with account access where we can.
