By downloading or using VIRTA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you downloaded VIRTA from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict for App Store downloads, the Standard EULA controls for license scope; these Terms describe VIRTA’s product features, subscriptions, and our policies.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VIRTA on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable store terms (Apple App Store and/or Google Play) for your download or purchase.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping login details secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use the App for unlawful purposes.
VIRTA may offer paid features ("VIRTA Full") as:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation. Subscription prices are shown in the App and set by the stores; they may vary by region.
Auto-renewal: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).
Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Digital content and subscriptions are sold only through the official store In-App Purchase systems. VIRTA does not unlock paid features through custom third-party codes inside the App.
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. See our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it (except where allowed by law), abuse AI or coaching features, or interfere with other users or our systems.
VIRTA is provided "as is" for personal productivity. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (habits, focus, income, or health). The App is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIRTA and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to subscriptions will follow store rules.
